All teams play in the National Academi South League with an opportunity to progress to both the regional and national academy squads as well as the professional club academies.
We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment where players can thrive both on and off the pitch, embodying the values of excellence, inclusivity, community, integrity, development, and resilience. By adhering to these principles and aspirations, we aim to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of our players and the community we serve.
Players train twice a week at Coleg Sir Gar having access to the first-class facilities that include a 3G pitch, indoor sports hall, fitness suite, lecture room and medical facilities with home matches taking place at Coleg Sir Gar and Stebonheath Park.
Each player receives individual training plans, medical and fitness testing, strength and conditioning sessions and an education programme. All matches and training sessions are video recorded with players gaining immediate access accompanied by weekly performance analysis sessions
All coaches follow a periodised training plan. This is a logistical scheme of work with the players at the centre of the planning. This method ensures we achieve consistent development throughout the season. The academy boasts more than 25 highly qualified coaches and sporting specialists and is led by our Director of Football, Jonathan Garcia.
